football - more than a game
At MCP we always look at ways to engage our members creatively. More Than A Game was a sports media project that incorporated media during our football session. The aim of the project was to allow participants to recognise the transferrable skills they possessed on the pitch such as leadership and teamwork could be applied in all aspects of their life. This was a fun sports media session with multiple learning outcomes and media training.
The project was funded by SportEducate + Born to be (The Deutsche Bank Youth Engagement Programme) and was supported by St Pauls Way Trust School.
